Description
Whereby Lynacre conveys to Francis Stephenson the younger and Christopher Staveley of Redseats Castleton, gentleman, in consideration of a dowry of £145 used to redeem mortgages upon the estate, all his part of Plomley Hall together with lands known as New Hill, the two Jennewell Closes, the two Broad Flatts and the two Ashe Feilds, upon trusts to the use of Lynacre for life, then to Mary for life and the heirs of their bodies.
