Land at Woolley Moor:
Lease and release by Joseph Gratton of Ford gent., William Snibson of Heath gent., (trustees of William Revell of Woolley Moor yeoman deceased), Isaac Wilkinson late of Chesterfield and now of Tapton House esq. (trustee of the same William Revell) to John Berrisford of Woolley cordwainer of one close called New Lant on Woolley Moor, parish of Morton, and manor of Stretton, in consideration of articles of agreement of 14 September 1793 between William Revell and Job Berrisford (father of John), and for £236 11s 3d paid to Gratton and Snibson by Berrisford, and a further £33 8s 9d, making a total of £270. Assignment of mortgage term in trust. Dated 16/17 March
