Holland family settlements:
Release and quitclaim by John Halton of Wingfield manor gent. and Hannah his wife and Thomas Challoner of Brimington gent. (executors and trustees of the will of John Holland late of Ford gent.) to Thomas Holland, son of John, of all accounts, sums of money, actions and causes except for the right of Hannah in a messuage and farm settled on Hannah by John, her first husband, which tenement John Halton and Hannah have agreed to let to Thomas for a rent of £30; and except for legacies of John Holland to Anna and Jemima Holland.
