To John Ausburn of Derby esq., all lands and personal estate in Brackenfield and elsewhere to hold in trust to meet debts and funeral expenses by sale, paying and residue to testator's kinsman. John Hunt of Brackenfield; if it is necessary to sell the real and personal estate, leaves some to John Hunt; executor to be Ausburn who is to have one guinea for his trouble. Dated 11 March. Endorsed: proved, 8 October 1708
