Lease and release by John Frederick, duke of Dorset, and Sackville, earl of Thanet to John Holland of Ford esq. of one moiety of a messuage within the manor of Stretton, and of the Calf Croft, the croft by the house, Wheat Close, Lime Kiln Hill, the Bank, the Nearer, Middle and Far Crow Crofts, and the Well Croft (tenant John Bunting), containing in all 21 acres 3 roods 12 perches; and one third-part of two messuages at Ford, and of the Sweeting Hill Shoot, the Nether Meadow, the Bank, the Broom Close, Upper Meadow, Little High Field, Great High Field, Little Close, Slack Close, Nether Close, Far Field, Crabtree Meadowm Little Meadow, and the Lay Close (tenant Benjamin Rooth), containing in all 39 acres 1 rood 24 perches; and one third-part of a messuage and two crofts, a messuage and garden, and of the Little Croft, Great Croft, Pease Close, Nether Close, the Long Lands (tenant William Else), containing 25 acres 3 roods 20 perches; and of and in other lands at Ford.
