Lease and release by Richard Wright of Ford in the parish of North Wingfield yeoman and Esther his wife to Peter Walker of Ford husbandman and Mary his wife of one sixth-part of premises as in D37 M/T707-08, and one third-part of a messuage at Leadmill in the parish of Morton and of two crofts (1½ acres), in consideration of an annuity of £20.
