TitleThe Crossells Farm; Stretton:
Lease and release by Francis Foljambe of Storth House in the parish of Shirland yeoman to William Stocks of Higham Hill in the same parish yeoman and Samuel Wheatcroft of Stretton yeoman, on the marriage of Philip Draycott of Storth House husbandman to Martha Stocks of Shirland spinster, of the four closes as in D37 M/T673-75, to hold in trust to the use of Francis until the marriage, then to the use of Philip for life, and then Martha for life, and the heirs of their bodies. Consideration £35 paid by Draycott to Foljambe, and a portion of £100 paid by William Stocks to Draycott. Dated 26/27 January
