Feoffment and lease and release by John Woodward of Chesterfield gent. and Francis Flint of Chesterfield joiner to Francis Foljambe of Stretton yeoman, reciting bargain and sale by Richard Flint late of Chesterfield yeoman deceased to Woodward and Francis Flint (5 June 1677) in trust to raise portions for the children of Richard (James, Richard, Raph, Ann and Ellen), of four closes (32 acres) in Stretton called the North Crossells abutting on Smithy Moor on the east and Handley Field on the west.
