A cottage, a croft, and the Holme:
Deed to lead the uses of a fine to be levied by William Lamb of Derby gent. and Ann his wife, Richard Hawkesley of Handley and Mary his wife, William Sharshaw of Chesterfield mercer and Isabel his wife to William Hodgkinson of Overton in the parish of Ashover gent., whereby Kings Ridding and the Hall Moor in Ashover are to the use of Hodgkinson; a cottage, croft and the Holme at Ford are held to the use of John Holland of Ford gent.; two third-parts of a messuage at Handley and other lands are held to uses expressed in D37 M/T642-44.
