Richard Hawkesley's lands:
Lease for term of 21 years from 25 March last past by Gertrude dowager marchioness of Halifax to Richard Hawkesley of Woolley yeoman and John Bunting of the same place yeoman of one third-part of a messuage in Woolley and one third-part of lands as in T636; and one third-part of another messuage there and of lands called the Croft, the Pasture, the Broome Close, the Long Lands, the Pasture Sicke, the Intake; and of and in a messuage in Handley, and the Backside Close, the Wheat Close, the Banke Side, the Lime Kiln Knowle, The Three Craw Crofts, the Little Well Croft, the Pastures, and the Pasture Head.
