Title
The Holland estate at Ford, Ford House and closes:
Agreement made between John Pole of Wakebridge esq. and George Pole his brother, and Katherine Fox and Robert Fox of the Egge Edge whereby John and George grant to Katherine and Robert and the heirs of Robert the house and land at Ford which Sir John Fox sold to George Pole clerk. Katherine and Robert have granted to John Pole free entry to carry away all wood at Ford for term of 11 years. Consideration paid to John Pole, 10 marks 5s. Dated 10 September
