Lease and release by John Frederick, duke of Dorset, Sackville, earl of Thanet, and Anthony Lax of Chesterfield esq. to William Revell of Woolley Moor in the manor of Stretton farmer and Isaac Wilkinson of Chesterfield gent (trustee) of one third-part of a messuage, garden and orchard, and of the Near Croft, the Far Croft, the Great South Croft, the Middle South Croft, the orchard Meadow, the Acre Close, the Brigg South Croft, the Brigg Field, the Near Stubbing, the Far Stubbing, the Holling Field, the Near Holling Dole, the Far Holling Dole, the Pickman Dole, and the New Lant, containing in all 36 acres 1 rood 1 perch. Consideration £244. Recital of marriage settlement of the earl of Thanet (4/5 June 1773) of which the duke of Dorset is surviving trustee. Dated 28/29 September
