Assignment of mortgage term as in T370 by John Hunt of South Wingfield farmer and Elizabeth his wife who is administratrix of the estate of Martha Marsden, John Twigg and Joseph Twigg both of Ashover (surviving sons of John Twigg deceased), and Joseph Twigg of Paisley cotton spinner and Isaac Twigg of Bonsall yeoman (devisees of the will of Isaac Bown Twigg) to Joseph Wilson of Carnfield Hall in the parish of South Normanton gent. in trust for John and Joseph, and Joseph and Isaac, the mortgage principal of £500 having been fully repaid.
