Lease and release of an estate in Brackenfield as in D37 M/T344-346 by Gervase Spendlove of Wakebridge in the parish of Crich farmer and John Frost of Belper Bridge farmer (devisees in trust under the will of Robert Spendlove), and James Tomlinson of Hallfield Gate in the parish of Shirland farmer and Joseph Tomlinson of Park Mead near Crich farmer (devisees in trust under the will of James Limb), and Susanna Limb of Brackenfield, widow of James, William Limb and James Limb both of Brackenfield (sons of James), to Henry Morley of Derby esq., in consideration of £1016 15s 4d to Spendlove and Frost, and £1163 4s 8d paid to the Tomlinsons. Dated 29/30 September
