Conveyance by Jesse Rutherford of Wingerworth stone merchant and John Clarke of the Hague in the parish of Staveley farmer to Gladwin Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. of a close called Pingle Irons or Pingle Lyon (4 acres 2 roods 8 perches) at Woolley in the parish of Morton, and a parcel of land (2 roods 27 perches) part of the Intake adjoining Pingle Irons on the south. Consideration £200 paid to Clarke in discharge of the mortgage, and £60 paid to Rutherford. Dated 11 June
