Round Meadow, Brackenfield:
Conveyance by Francis Hall of Park Hall (co. Nottingham) esq. and Mary Ann his wife (formerly Mary Ann Bilbie spinster, daughter of Joseph Bilbie deceased) to Thomas Hallowes of Glapwell Hall esq. and William Thornhill late of Hathersage now of New Park near Lyndhurst (co. Southampton), reciting:
a] will (7 May 1807) of John Holland late of Ford esq. in which his estate was settled on the said Joseph Bilbie, a relation of the testator, and Bilbie's heirs
b] death of Joseph Bilbie (24 November 1812)
c] marriage settlement of Francis Hall and Mary Ann Bilbie (28 February 1832)
d] death of Mary Holland, widow of John (7 March 1847)
e] conveyance (1 June 1847) by Francis Hall and Mary Ann his wife to the trustees of their marriage settlement (Hallowes and Thornhill) of the Holland estate in Ford, Morton, Brackenfield etc. to break the entail thereon
f] terms of D37 M/T174
g] assignment by Francis and Mary Ann to Hallowes and Thornhill of a sum of £148 2s 6d received for the sale of land to the North Midland Railway Co., which money was in the hands of a trustee, John Charge of Chesterfield esq.
h] agreement by Hallowes and Thornhill to lay out the sum of £148 2s 6d in the purchase of the parcel of land mentioned below
Of all that parcel of land in Brackenfield called the Round Meadow. Consideration as above, paid by Charge to Hall, Hallowes and Thornhill are to hold the Round Meadow to the uses of Hall's marriage settlement. Dated 26 June
