TitleCopy of settlement made between Martha Gregory widow and John Gregory widow and John Gregory butcher her eldest son both of Stretton, in order to further the intended marriage of John and Rose daughter of Robert Allen of Lea yeoman etc and in consideration of specified portions paid or to be paid to Martha's younger children (named) and specified maintenance for Martha, she conveyed to John half a messuage and lands in Stretton, with details of buildings and field names (16 Mar 21 Charles II [1669])
