York); to John Walker of Wessington labourer, a messuage and a close called the How Lant at Dicklant in the parish of Ashover in trust to pay yearly for ever on 27 December 21s to the churchwardens of Ashover for the maintenance of the Sunday schools, and in trust to pay residue of income each year towards the maintenance of Mary Cocker, an illegitimate child who now lives with testator, until she is 21, and then to convey the real estate to Mary for ever; if Mary dies before 21, then income from the land to go to children of testator's son Joseph, subject to the yearly payment as above. To sons John and Joseph, all remaining estate real and personal subject to the payment of an annuity of £20 to testator's son-in-law Joseph Wilcovkson and Betty his wife, testator's daughter, during the term of their lives and the longer liver; to the child or children of Betty, £500; to son George, £500; sons John and Joseph to be executors.
