Lease and release by John Fell of Shirland yeoman to Arthur Miller of Morton yeoman of one third-part of four closes, formerly one close called Stonebroom Pasture (10 acres 2 roods 25 perches), and of two other closes formerly one called the Park Close (8 acres 3 roods 15 perches), and of one close called the Broad Roodes lying beyond the North Field (3 acres 20 perches), and of one close called the Under North Flatt (4 acres 2 roods 18 perches), and of three lands in Higham Field, five lands abutting on Hardycroft, two lands in Grymes Croft, and of one acre of land in the North Field of Shirland.
