Reciting mortgage by demise (D37 M/T1587) and assignments (D37 M/T1588, D37 M/T1590), and the will of Samuel Stubbing (D37 M/T1589); of a messuage, barn, garden, cowhouse, and stable, Nether Close, Over Close, Middle Close, the Croft, and the Cow Well Intake, containing in all 8 acres, lying in Tansley.
Consideration £243 3s 6d paid by Burrow to Mildred Bradshaw. Assignment of residue of mortgage term by Mildred Bradshaw to William Turbutt of Ogston esq. in trust for Burrow.
