Title
Lease and release by Elizabeth Turbutt of Ogston Hall widow, and William Turbutt of Arnold Grove (county Nottingham) esq. and Ann his wife to Benjamin Austen of Grays Inn (county Middlesex) gent. to make Austen a tenant for suffering a common recovery by Rev. Thomas Burton Lucas of Chesterfield of a moiety of twelve twenty fourth parts of land in one parcel of land in Brackenfield (1 acre 2 roods 25 perches) lying contiguous to the river Amber, hitherto part of the Nether Amber Close lying partly in Brackenfield and partly in Wessington; and of all that parcel of land (5 acres 1 rood 27 perches) hitherto part of the Far Meadow, lying contiguous to the river Amber in Brackenfield and Wessington. To hold in trust to the use of Elizabeth for life, and then to the use of William. Dated 28/29 May
