Attested copy of lease and release by Sir Charles Sedley and Dame Elizabeth his wife to John Edwards of Wessington gent. of a moiety of a messuage near Dale Bridge in Wessington, and a moiety of all those parcels of land containing in all 50 acres commonly called the Broom Closes, the Coat Flatt, Great Broom Close, Little Broom Close, the Lane Close, the Worm Hole, the Butts, and the Meadow (tenant Richard Lee), and a moiety of these parcels of land (35 acres) called Skegger Legg; and of other lands in Wessington.
