Nottingham) esq. to William Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. of those closes in Brackenfield containing 18 acres 36 perches, heretofore called the Butterfield Close and the four Mean Closes, and now divided into six several inclosures called the close next Butterfield Lane, The Hopton, the Oak Tree Close, the Little Close, the Bridge Meadow, and the Little Meadow. Consideration £1100.
