The Eleven Lands:
Conveyance by Joseph Rooth of North Wingfield yeoman and Phoebe Gregory of Tansley widow to Gladwin Turbutt of Ogston Hall esq. , reciting will and deaths of John Taylor and family, and that Joseph and Phoebe are grandchildren of Taylor, of two closes in Higham called the Eleven Lands, and the two dwelling houses built thereon, and now better known as the Upper and Lower Town Head Closes, and of various allotments on Ainmoor. Consideration £630 and £11 11s 6d timber valuation. Dated 9 January
