Feoffment by bargain and sale by William Harvey of Nottingham maltster and William Sandby of Clifton (county Nottingham) yeoman, devisees of the last will of Elizabeth Simpson who was sister and heir of John Wood whose mother Frances Grainger was daughter and co-heir of Simon Grainger, Thomas Fletcher and Elizabeth his wife, Frances Beeston widow, Francis Talbot and Jane his wife, and William Tongue and Sarah his wife (Elizabeth, Frances, Jane, and Sarah being daughters of Elizabeth Simpson) to William Turbutt of Ogston esq. of one messuage at Ainmoor and Micklehill in the parish of Shirland, and one close called the South-East Micklehill (3 acres 1 rood), and six other closes called the North Micklehills.
