Lands on Stretton Hill:
Copy settlement by lease and release by Thomas Walker of Wingerworth yeoman to Thomas Fidler of Wingerworth yeoman, great-nephew of Thomas Walker, of a messuage at Stretton Hill commonly called Storth House Farm in the parishes of Shirland and Morton with the croft at the house, the Broad Close, the Meadow, the Horse Pasture, the Two Tree Close, the Long Close, the Storth, and the Pellwell Close, together with all his personal estate; to hold upon the following trusts: to enable Walker to enjoy the income from the same for life; and then to provide an annuity of 30s from Pellwell Close for John Fidler of Wingerworth shoemaker to lay out the same in bread for the poor of the parish of Wingerworth; and then to enable Mary, wife of Robert Parsons of North Wingfield yeoman, niece of Thomas Walker, to receive an annuity of £4; and then to hold to the use of Thomas Fidler for ever.
