Assignment by John Grange of Chesterfield innkeeper (representative of Elizabeth his late wife deceased who was the niece and executrix of Elizabeth Linley widow and executrix of John Linley of Chesterfield yeoman deceased) to Rev. William Burrow of North Wingfield clerk of the residue of a mortgage term of 500 years in trust for William Turbutt of Ogston esq. and to attend the inheritance. Recital of mortgage in £200 by Richard Lee of Higham Hillside yeoman to John Linley of the Upper Micklehill (3 acres), and of one third-part of Town End Close, the Under North Flatt Close, Long Hedge Close, the Upper and Nether Goslands, and the Twelve Acres called Shadewell Flat, and reciting further mortgage in £100. Dated 2 July
