William Burrow of North Wingfield clerk of the residue of a mortgage term of 500 years in trust for William Turbutt of Ogston esq. and to attend the inheritance. Recital of mortgage in £200 by Richard Lee of Higham Hillside yeoman to John Linley of the Upper Micklehill (3 acres), and of one third-part of Town End Close, the Under North Flatt Close, Long Hedge Close, the Upper and Nether Goslands, and the Twelve Acres called Shadewell Flat, and reciting further mortgage in £100.
