Shirland Field sides and other lands:
Memorandum of an agreement made between Richard Lee of Stretton on Higham Hill farmer and William Turbutt of Ogston esq. whereby Lee will sell to Turbutt a messuage on Higham Hillside with 13 closes adjoining containing 36 acres, and two further messuages on Higham Hillside with eleven closes containing 24 acres; and four closes in Shirland called the Townsend Closes (13 acres), and five closes lying on Danes Moor commonly called the Mickle Hill Closes (18 acres) together with all mines and quarries. Consideration £2750. Dated 15 December
