Power of attorney by Richard Ward of Grays Inn Middlesex gent to Richard Wood of Chesterfield, apothecary to receive certain sums of money from William Burton of Cartledge, gent, Ward and Burton being the executors of the will of Lyonell Tynley of Holmesfield, yeoman, deceased and it is agreed between them that Burton is to have the whole management of the estate and that he is to pay a certain sum of money to Ward. 25 Jan
