Title
Lease and release by John Wright and Thomas Wright of Nottingham, bankers, (mortgagees) at the request of Brooke Boothby of Ashbourne Hall and Brooke Boothby his son and heir apparent (mortgagors) to John Robinson Hawkins and Daniel Hurd, both of Stead, and to heirs and assigns of John Robinson Hawkins for £450 paid to mortgagees by Hawkins and 10s each to mortgagers and mortgagees by Hawkins and Hurd, of messuage in St John's Street, Ashbourne now known by the sign of the Nags Head, formerly three dwelling houses. Earlier mortgages and assignments from 1763 recited. Interest in remainder of two separate terms of six hundred years under earlier mortgages conveyed by Wright's trustee, John Foxcroft to Samuel Fletcher of Heanor to hold in trust for Hawkins
