Ashover Women's Institute
Administrative History
In 1917, Ashover Women's Institute became the first institute to be formed in Derbyshire. It was suspended in 2003.
Custodial History
These records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office by the Secretary of Ashover Women's Institute in September 1992 and October 1992. Further records were deposited by the Derbyshire Federation of Women's Institutes in February 2016, July 2023 and February 2024. A deposit was also received via the Local Studies Librarian in December 2024.
