(S.A.T Wheeler) Public Works and Building Contractors showing rough workings out and notes refering to Out of stock Stock Sheet Wirksworth. Front cover torn, signs of damage from damp or rodents along the spine of the cover and interior pages with some sections of pages next to the spine missing, cover is detaching from the interior pages from the bottom up.
