Description
Written from City Hall, Cardiff. Dated 4th November 1926. James Rees being of 8 Goat Street, Haverfordwest. Enquiry has been made into Mr Rees's conditions of employment. Department has decided that National Health Insurance contributions were properly payable for the period January 6, 1913 to January 1, 1916. Reqest for remittence of employers' portion of the contributions as early as possible.
