DescriptionFinal agreement between George Hayns , plaintiff, and Thomas Coates and Grace his wife and Job Hall and Elizabeth his wife, deforciants, of a messuage, 3 acres of land, 3 acres meadow and 5 acres of pasture and a moiety of a messuage with appurtenances in Hackney Lane in Darley and Wirksworth, in consideration of £60. Made in the King’s Court on the morrow of the Holy Trinity in the 17th year of the reign of George ll before John Wilkes, John Fortescue, Thomas Burnett and Thomas Abney, justices.
