Indenture of release for properties near the Red Lion, Wirksworth

Description
Reciting indenture of lease by John Ryle esq. 24 March 1836, with named children of Susanna and Charles [as above] and Ralph Wright wine merchant for 5 shillings all the messuage in Wirksworth and adjoining the Red Lion and lately used as the Post Office and Stamp Office, with stable, outbuildings, yard, garden and appertenences, formerly in the possession of Mr Thomas Southern surgeon and afterwards of John Salt, late in the occupation of Mary Brace, widow now of said Ralph Wright. Signed and sealed [by children as above]. Witnessed by Jn. C. Newbold & Richard Richardson. Third page includes drawing of premises referred to in the deed and apportionment of proceeds between the aforementioned children. Fifth page includes copy of 1836 deed. 5 parchment sheets. On reverse Hubbersty memorandum for receipt of £500, 26th Dec 1836.
