| Description | Between (1) Sir Philip Gell of Hopton, bart. and (2) William Aspinall of Wirksworth, husbandman, of all that messuage, dwelling house and tenement and the chamber or rooms built over the Gate in Wirksworth, assigned to William Aspinall by Sir Philip Gell, brother of Francis Gell deceased and John Gell deceased, held of the Holland Manor in the township of Wirksworth, in consideration of £65 10 shillings.
