Copy of note of those benefiting from half the royalties of the manor of Lea formerly of Francis Babington 1702 rental of cottages and intakes in manor of Lea, 1702
Proprietors of Matlock manor 1730
Assessment of cottages and encroachments in manor of Lea 1758
Includes memoranda of purchases made by the Nightingale family from 1727. Rentals included from 1770s.
