Morewood upon his going to St Petersburg there to reside as their factor" - wants partnership, travelling expenses, lodging expenses once there, and company of brother Thomas at father's expense until capable of transacting business, then Thomas to receive wages according to merit; proposes sale for cash or barter for saleable Russian goods; will make return immediately and throw commissions into partnership.
