William Longsdon to Fanny Lace. Sorry Uncle Carr so very ill but Mama much better. When they go home for holidays will go by themselves as far as Leeds and meet there - reference to sermons on behalf of Church Missionary Society. Schools Feast postponed because of weather. Held on 27th - school decorated with flowers. Went to church before the children had their tea - about 140 children sat down to tea, after which about 70 (39 adults and 40 children) sat down after servants had had their tea.
