| Description | To carry out 3rd & 4th resolutions adopted at GM, 5 & 6 April, Committee indispensable to have further information and resolved Mr Longsdon be appointed to represent English shareholders, desirable he elected member of Board of Directors in Canada at ensuing election on 5 June and for this purpose he proceed to Canada forthwith - remuneration £2,000 per year payable quarterly, in addition to travelling expenses - London agency empowered to issue to extent of £1,537.20s in 75 shares of company and £462.10s in cash. Annotated 10 May - acknowledged receipt - and asked to have proof of qualification to be Director forwarded to Hamilton.
