Thanks for kind letter glad to hear again of Charles [Longsdon] and that William's accounts of him satisfactory character since writer has known him always one to call up no common feelings of regard and interest - should be thankful to see in own son's same honesty and truthfulness. News about own children and reference to Emma's coming visit in the Summer.
