Title	John Longsdon at Manchester to his mother, Elizabeth Longsdon, saying that he has returned from Liverpool where he has been with his father. He expects to sail early next month. Father is well and in good spirits. John will come home for a few days. He hopes the voyage will improve his health which gradually gets worse in Manchester. His cold is getting better.
