Enclosure award, leather bound.
Enclosure Commisioners: James Dowland, Joseph Outram and John Wilcockson
Signed and delivered in the presence of Robert Wallor and ? Milward.
The enclosures and related matters are dealt with in detail in the award and set out on two maps (Plan A and Plan B), both at scale 4 chains:1 inch.
Also contained in the award are:
Request submitted to the Commissioners by Richard Wright, William Gill, John Lomas, John Alvey and John Wilson. Asking for the stopping of a footway/path, Pinxton to South Normanton over the land of Thomas Hodgkinson, John Blackwell & Misses Downing.
Paper dated 30 May 1801, from John Wilmot and John Wilcockson to the General Quarter Sessions Of The Peace regarding further dividing and enclosing of land, heard on 6 November 1801; with map (Plan C) setting out these changes, at scale: 4 chains : 1 inch
