| Administrative History | The school is named after Philip Howard, 13th Earl of Arundel (1557-1595) who was imprisoned for his Catholic beliefs in the Tower of London where he died. He was canonised in 1970. In September 2015, St Philip Howard School ceased to exist, replaced by St Philip Howard Catholic Voluntary Academy. |
