That for the improvement and fencing of common or barren grounds in Phosyde hamlet called the Stubs Commons or Hayfield Moor formerly purchased from Thomas Eyre late of Rowtor, Youlgreave esq (part of the commons allotted for the King’s part) and lately enclosed into 2 closes, the 2 closes are to be measured and divided by William Bennett and William Carrington the younger of Ashen Clough both of Chinley with the assistance of Francis Gee of Kinder and John Downs (Further detail).
