With reference to settlement made by John Bennett late of Silkhill on 5 Mar 1686/7 (naming the trustees) by which £100 was to be raised from his messuage and lands at Silkhill for the benefit of his younger children. John Bennett is lately deceased and the premises are descended to Hezechiah Bennett and 2 agree he shall have a year in which to raise the money by sale or mortgage on condition it is paid to his sisters [further details given] 22 Dec 1725 |
