In 1985 Mr G A Halls, the Diocesan Advisor on Bells and Belfries carried out an inspection of the bells and bell frame and recommended a new installation. The volume includes a detailed history of the action taken, the report after restoration, and a service of thanksgiving for restoration, 1987
