Description
Articles of agreement (and draft) - whereas William Evans of Derby, maltster, has lately erected a stable and chaise house with loft near his dwelling house in Derby, between his malthouse and the gable end wall of Thomas Bainbrigge’s coach house and loft and whereas he did not erect any wall next to the said gable end wall but made use of it for laying timber and wood into the same, and also set the door post and door cheek of the chaise house upon the land of Bainbrigge - Evans therefore declares that the said gable end wall is the property of Bainbrigge and further he undertakes to pay a yearly rent of 1d for the use of same 9 Feb
