Administrative History	The church was built in the 1880s as a mission church of Shirland and was known as Stonebroom Iron Church. It bacame a separate parish in 1910, with the addition of a small part of the parish of Tibshelf. Stonebroom itslef was a coal-mining village which sprang up in the late 19th century.
Custodial History	These records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office by the parish in April 1990, December 2007 and February 2011.
