Administrative History
The School opened in 1897 as Langley Mill Church of England Infant School at Elnor Street. The school for boys and girls was in Aldercar Road. By 1927, the infant and junior schools were both at the Elnor Street site. In 1973, the Infants School moved to new premises in Sedgwick Street.
Custodial History
The records were deposited by the headteacher in January 1990 and April 1995.
